林城鎮(zhèn)，交通發(fā)達(dá)，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢突出，以“林駐鎮(zhèn)、水伴城”為總體定位的城鎮(zhèn)風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃下，境內(nèi)山清水秀、生態(tài)優(yōu)良、植被茂密，自然環(huán)境優(yōu)越，這里風(fēng)景秀美，山水宜人；歷史悠久，民風(fēng)淳樸。

云町茶宿的主人將民宿建在茶園中，結(jié)合優(yōu)美的生態(tài)環(huán)境，打造出一個(gè)集旅游、觀光和休閑于一體的民宿。項(xiàng)目所在的位置群山環(huán)繞，山水資源豐富，風(fēng)光秀麗，具有良好的休閑度假基礎(chǔ)。

Lin Town has developed transportation and prominent location advantages. Under the urban landscape planning with the overall orientation of "Lin Zhu Town and Water Accompanied City", the territory has beautiful mountains and rivers, excellent ecology, dense vegetation and superior natural environment. The landscape here is beautiful and pleasant, with a long history and simple folkways.

The owner of Yunding Teahouse built the boarding house in the tea garden, combined with the beautiful ecological environment, to create a boarding house which integrates tourism, sightseeing and leisure. The location of the project is surrounded by mountains, rich in water resources, beautiful scenery, and has a good basis for leisure and vacation.

云町茶宿原室內(nèi)氛圍工業(yè)風(fēng)為主，整個(gè)空間簡單單調(diào)，可能無法滿足游客休閑度假的體驗(yàn)。民宿主希望通過改造，利用周邊的景觀，建成具有特色的高端民宿。

The indoor atmosphere of Yunding Teahouse is dominated by industrial atmosphere. The whole space is simple and monotonous, which may not satisfy the tourists'experience of leisure and vacation. The people's hosts hope to use the surrounding landscape to build high-end residential houses with characteristics through transformation.

云町茶宿定位為度假和休閑概念的精品民宿，如何完善民宿項(xiàng)目的接待功能，如何提升客房的舒適度，增加采光和休閑面積，如何協(xié)調(diào)建筑和景觀的關(guān)系，成為本次設(shè)計(jì)改造中的幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)。在實(shí)際的改造中，保留和拓展是項(xiàng)目的兩條主線。一方面，設(shè)計(jì)師在原基礎(chǔ)上豐富空間，保留原有的結(jié)構(gòu)特色，另一方面，通過和民宿主的溝通將休閑區(qū)域和庭院景觀做了著重的的改造。

Yunding Tea House is positioned as a high-quality residential accommodation with the concept of vacation and leisure. How to improve the reception function of the residential project, how to improve the comfort of the guest room, how to increase lighting and leisure area, and how to coordinate the relationship between architecture and landscape have become several key points in this design and transformation.In the actual transformation, retention and expansion are the two main lines of the project. On the one hand, the designer enriches the space on the original basis and retains the original structural features. On the other hand, the leisure area and the courtyard landscape have been emphatically transformed by communicating with the host.

客房內(nèi)床鋪在布置中顯得低矮，陳設(shè)偏于簡潔，飾物雖少卻很精細(xì)，能烘托起應(yīng)景的氛圍，以此營造出親近自然，享受當(dāng)下的舒適感。

設(shè)計(jì)師考慮到周末會(huì)有以家庭為主的親子游客戶，增加了親子房。四樓的大露臺，視野良好，入住的客人可以三五好友相聚在露臺上把酒夜話，放眼長空。

The beds in the guest rooms are low and concise in layout, and the ornaments are few but delicate, which can set off the atmosphere of the scene, so as to create a close relationship with nature and enjoy the comfort of the moment.Designers consider that there will be family-based parent-child visitors on weekends, adding parent-child rooms. The large terrace on the fourth floor has a good view. The guests can gather together with their friends and talk about wine and night on the terrace.
